Psychotherapy with Healing
In the last 2-3 years, I have been combining Energy Healing with psychotherapeutic work for some clients, if they request it. In my experience, this enables layers of ‘unfinished business’ in the psyche and ‘stuck’ aspects of experience to be directly addressed and transformed, enhancing peoples’ ability to move forward in their work in therapy.
This approach can be used to address a number of issues, including the following:
Resolving repeating trauma memories
Recurring dreams
Resolving ancestral patterns
Recovering lost aspects of functioning and personality
Working with transpersonal aspects (integrating intuitive experiences, spirit connection, “past-life” contracts, soul retrieval)
This work happens when the need for it arises in the flow of psychotherapy. Usually, we take a 50 minute session to do a dedicated piece of energy work in order to forward an issue that you are working on in psychotherapy. I also offer it in one-off healing sessions. Ongoing Psychotherapy with Healing is priced at £60 - £75 per session. If you are interested in having one-off healing sessions, these cost £95 and last 80-90 minutes. Please contact me for more information. Thank you.
